Tapa

Ingredients

  •      1.1 lb Beef Sirloin, sliced thinly
  •      1/3 c Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade
  •         4 tbsp cooking oil

 

Procedure:

  1. Marinate sirloin in 1/3 cup Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade for 1 hour. Set aside.
  2. Drain beef and fry in a small amount of oil until cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice, fried egg and pickled papaya (atcharang papaya).

 

Makes 4 servings
