Tofu with Oyster Sauce


  •      4 tbsp cooking oil
  •      5 pcs tokwa (firm bean curd), cubed ½” x ½” thick
  •         4 tbsp Mama Sita’s Oyster sauce
  •      ¼ cup    SPRING ONIONS, sliced into 1/2” pieces (optional)



  1. Heat the oil and fry the tokwa until it starts to form a golden crust.
  2. Remove the bean curd from the pan and place in a serving platter.
  3. Pour Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce over the fried bean curd.
  4. Garnish with spring onions before serving.


Makes 4 servings
