  •        30 ml(2 tbsp) Cooking oil
  •        400 g(14 oz) Pork meat,diced
  •      500 ml(2 cups) Water
  •      1 pouch(80g)2.82 oz Mama Sita’s Menudo sauce (tomato stew base sauce)
  •         70 g(2.5 oz) Potatoes ,diced
  •        70 g(2.5 oz) Carrots ,diced
  •      30 g(1 oz) Red bell pepper,diced
  •      40 g(1.4 oz) Raisins



  1. Sauté meat until edges turn golden.
  2. Stir in 1 pouch Mama Sita’s Menudo Sauce and 1 cup water.Cover.Simmer until meat is tender.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking over medium heat,adding more water if necessary.When the carrots and the potatoes are tender and the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon,remove from heat and serve.
