Patola at Miswa

Ingredients

  •        2 tbsp oil
  •        3 cloves garlic
  •      3 pcs shrimps, deveined and sliced
  •        1 pc onion,sliced
  •      3 cups water
  •      3 tbsp Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce
  •      1 pc patola (sponge gourd) ,peeled and cut into cubes
  •      1 pack Miswa (wheat noodles)

                   salt to taste

 

Procedure:

  1. In a heated casserole sauté the garlic,onions and shrimps.Cook until the shrimps turns orange
  2. Add the water, Mama Sita’s Soystir Sauce and patola.Bring to a boil and simmer for three minutes.
  3. Add the miswa and cook for another two minutes.Season with salt before serving.

 

Makes 8 servings
