Oriental Beef Stir-fry


  •        .55 lbs beef (sirloin or tenderloin),cut into 1 x 2 x ½ -inch strips
  •        2 tbsp Mama Sita’s Garlic oyster sauce
  •      2 tbsp cooking oil
  •      1 tbsp Crushed garlic
  •         1 tbsp Crushed ginger
  •         1 pc onion, sliced
  •      1 ½ cups chinese cabbage,cut into serving pieces
  •      1 pc red bell pepper, cut into serving pieces
  •         1 head  cauliflower, cut into florettes
  •      1 pouch Mama Sita’s Pancit Canton/Chopseuy Mix, dissolved in;
  •        1 cup water
  •     ½ tsp sesame oil; sesame seeds, toasted for garnish



  1. Marinate the beef in Mama Oyster Garlic Sauce and set aside.
  2. In a heated pan, sauté the garlic,ginger and onions for one minute.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook over high heat until the edges turn brown.
  4. Add the chinese cabbage, bell pepper,and cauliflower and stir-fry for one minute.
    Add the dissolved Mama Sita’s Chopsuey/Pancit Canton mix.Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Add the sesame oil.Transfer to a serving platter and Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.


Makes 4 servings
