Meat Caldereta

Ingredients:

·         2 tbsp cooking oil

·         2.2 lbs meat, cut into serving pieces

·         ¾ cup water

·         1 pouch Mama Sita’s caldereta mix

·         ½ cup diced potatoes

·         ½ cup diced carrots

·         1 pc red bell pepper, cut into 1 ½ “ triangles

·         ½ cup frozen green peas

·         ¼  cup green olives, pitted (optional)

 

Procedure:

 

1.     Pan-fry meat until edges turn brown.

2.     Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the meat is tender and the sauce thickened.

 

Makes 10 servings.
