Tinolang Manok


  •      6 cups Water 
  •      1 pouch Mama Sita’s Tinola Mix
  •         1 pc(2 cups) Small green papaya or sayote,peeled,seeded and cut into serving pieces
  •      500 g    Fresh Native Chicken,cut into serving pieces
  •      1 bundle    chili leaves(talbos ng sili) or spinach or watercress or malunggay can be used



  1. In a saucepan,combine water,Mama Sita’s Tinola mix,green papaya,and native chicken.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  3. Add chili leaves.Serve hot.


Makes 4 servings
