Longanisa

Ingredients:

  •  ½ kg, Ground chicken mea    1 pack
  •  Mama Sita’s Tocino (Marinating) Mix
  •  6 cloves, Garlic, crushed and chopped
  •  ¼  tsp, Ground black pepper
  •  ½  cup, Cooking oil
  • Diced cucumbers for garnish,  

 

Procedure:

1.     Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour

2.     Using both hands form in balls(15 g/ball).Refrigerate for another hour.

3.     Deep-fry over medium-heat for 5 minutes until brown.Garnish with diced cucumbers.

4.     Serve with Mama Sita’s 100% Natural Premium Vinegar.

 

Makes 5 servings.
